the website, the cron snapshots and the Discord bot all stop hitting the
game API for STTT — use it to stay under the upstream rate limit or hand
the clan off to another bot. Flip it back ON to resume.
Takes up to ~20s to fully take effect everywhere.
Update the Discord bot's profile picture. Supports PNG, JPG, or GIF.
Max 2.5 MB. The change is immediate across all servers.
Weekly 3-slot rotation. Picks are the most-overdue eligible members
(never-held first, then oldest week). Leaders/VLs and opt-outs are excluded.
