When OFF, the Bums dashboard and its cron snapshots stop hitting the game API entirely — use it to stay under the upstream rate limit or hand the clan off to another bot. Flip it back ON to resume. Takes up to ~20s to fully take effect. Bums bot commands use the same isolated API, while automated Discord postings remain disabled for this clan.
